    Due to the nature of the products offered at Happy PMS Cream.com, we will only accept returns for refunds within 10 days of purchase and only if the product was damaged in delivery and damage has been documented by the carrier. 

    If the product is unopened and your situation allows for a return the stipulations are as follows:.
    The purchased products must be in their original, unopened package, a 15% restocking fee will be extracted and the cost of shipping the package to you reimbursed to us. We do not reimburse shipping charges if the item is to be shipped back to us.  Your card refund will be issued once the item(s) have been returned.  Please put, in large black marker, "RETURN" and the order number.  You will need to contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

    If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us for assistance. When we ship out the order, it is guaranteed to be brand new and sealed for your protection.

    Shipping charges will not be refunded.  This includes the amount of shipping charges on the "free shipping" purchases.  If you return an item you purchased with free shipping, the amount of shipping will be deducted from the refund as well as the 15% restocking fee.
